Author Topic: Server Connection Problem?  (Read 1940 times)
« on: October 27, 2017, 11:12:55 pm »

I reverted my computer back to factory setting and restarted it. Before I did that I was playing on 1.7.2 and it was working fine. Today I redownloaded Minecraft and tried to log in to a server that is updated to 1.7.2 and I got this message.  java.net.Connection refused:no further information: then the server ip  I am pretty sure I have the latest version of java and I am very confused on how to fix it. If anyone can help reply please.  If the server is accesible by you, you might have to let java be accessible through your firewall. I found a solution which fixed the issue "java.net.Connection refused:no further information: then the server ip" which I was seeing also on any client computers that were trying to connect to a local minecraft server I am running after updating to 1.7.2. If you have access to the server you can try the fix that I outline here.
